Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. However, due to ongoing international trade conditions, please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you would like to cancel an order after it's placed, you may request a cancellation by emailing oneofoneinquiries@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate but no guarantees can be made.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Shipping time varies based on the shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout.

All orders are shipped out of Mesa, Arizona.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout with the tracking information. In the case you did not receive a tracking email, please email oneofoneinquiries@gmail.com

If your tracking states that a label has been created but no further update, this means your order is either still being processed or has yet to receive an arrival scan from the shipping carrier. This does happen on occasion and the tracking will update once the shipping carrier scans the shipment. If your tracking shows this message for over five business days, please email oneofoneinquiries@gmail.com

Missing Package

Please be advised that once an order is received by the post office, we are no longer in control of your order and are unable to give you information other than what shows on your order's tracking page. If a package is lost during shipment, we strongly advise contacting the post office and file a claim if needed. We unfortunately are not responsible for refunding orders that are lost by post office.

Exchanges/Returns

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email oneofoneinquries@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Drop Day and Post-Drop Week

We are unable to cancel, change sizes/products or change shipping addresses once your order has been placed within 48 hours of drop days due to high volume of orders.

If you need any details of your order changed please wait for your order to be delivered and then file a return/exchange.
